IBIS Reports: New Look & Features User Guide

Self Service Reports

Daily Schedule - Every day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

  1. Starting at 9 a.m. and running until 5 p.m.
    Reports refresh every hour, on the hour: 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m.
  2. GAP 5:01 p.m. - 6:29 p.m.
    Gap period with no reports activity - other IBIS technical processing is running
  3. Starting at 6:30 p.m. and running until 8:30 p.m. 
    Reports refresh every hour on the half-hour - i.e. 630pm, 730pm 830pm
  4. GAP 8:31 p.m. - 8:59 a.m. 
    No reports data refreshes scheduled

System Run Reports

Daily Schedule - Every day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

Reports refresh once daily at approximately 6 a.m.

Power BI Dashboards

Daily Schedule - Every day of the week, including weekends and holidays.

Starting at 9:00 a.m. and running until 4:00 p.m.

  • Dashboards refresh every hour, on the hour:  9am 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm. 
  • Microsoft limits us to 8 refreshes per day based on our license type.
