The Performance Management Academy (PMA) is a series of trainings, events, and peer convenings for state employees to develop, refine, and share their expertise on practices related to operational excellence. 

The PMA offers a multi-day, cohort training experience for state employees. This training provides an overview of core concepts and methods in performance management. It is a signature offering of the PMA, which OSBM delivers annually in the fall. 

Beginning in 2025, the Performance Management Academy will expand to include additional training modules, opportunities to interact with peers in a community of practice, and a PMA Fellowship program. Stay tuned for updates and to express your interest in joining the action.
