Archived Results First Reports

The North Carolina Results First Initiative was a framework for rigorous program evaluations and benefit-cost analysis. It was based on a model developed by The Pew Charitable Trusts and MacArthur Foundation and the Washington State Institute of Public Policy (WSIPP). The Pew Charitable Trusts concluded their Results First work with states in 2023. OSBM continues to advocate for program evaluations and evidence-based policy making with our Operational Excellence initiatives.
