Performance Management Community of Practice

What is the Performance Management Community of Practice?

The Performance Management Community of Practice (PMCOP) is a group of state agency representatives focused on integrating performance management techniques into their work, who come together to share experiences and best practices and develop knowledge. The PMCOP is designed to meet the members’ needs and will develop meeting times, frequency, and agendas based on group feedback. Meetings may be bi-monthly during peak planning times but only quarterly or as-needed the rest of the biennium.

What is a Community of Practice?

"groups of people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly."
Etienne Wenger-Trayner, the creator of Communities of Practice (COP)
